Tom responded within 10 minutes of posting, offered to come within the hour however I was unavailable. Came next day quoted me 2 prices for what job may cost upon being able to fix quick fix or if more difficult. It turned out alot more difficult than he had thought, needed extra materials he was upfront with me with all cost and stayed late Thurs pm until he got the job done. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable would definitely recommend and will use him again if needed.
