Thomas was really helpful when I contacted him about an issue with my dog grooming pod. He was happy to come out and have a look, even though it was quite a specialist job that he hadn’t come across before. He took the time to properly look into the issue, tried a few things to see if he could resolve it and was really helpful in explaining what he thought was going on. He was also honest and professional throughout.

Contacted a week or so ago able to do a quick visual with free advice. Booked to come last night and spent 30 mins diagnostic to locate the source of an odour from household drainage , ruled out several options. Came at lunchtime today , vacuumed out pipes , fixed an ill fitting shower trap and booking to come and replace some taps. Is polite , courteous, professional and gave good advice. Highly recommend.
